Transfers of equity
Our conveyancing team works very closely with our matrimonial department and assist in the transfer of equity from one source to another on divorce, or separation if in a civil partnership or co habiting.
Transfers can take place between any consenting parties that have an interest in jointly owned property with the consent of a lender if any. We liaise with lenders and solicitors to give effect to our clients requirements as agreed between the parties. We aim to reduce any potential stress in effecting an agreement to change the ownership in property.
