Right to manage

Under the Leasehold reform act of Act 1967 and the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 tenants can now apply as a group to manage their own leasehold properties instead of the Freeholder, and Landlords can also provide for a management company to take control of the management of Leasehold properties.

This is a complex area of law that requires group co operation and strict adherence to time limits. Hindle Campbell Law has considerable experience in acting for both Landlords and Tenants in setting up the Right to Mange correctly.
