Dissolving partnerships

When the parties to a partnership deed decide to go their separate ways it is not a case of just tearing up the deed.

Careful negotiation is frequently required to ensure that all parties get what they want or at least what is due to them out of a business. It might also be that the partners have to agree the division of liabilities and obligations incurred by a business. A partnership deed will usually make provision for how the partnership is dissolved but it can require an experience commercial lawyer to negotiate for their client to protect their interests. Should negotiation not be successful our litigation team will act for you and provide representation at court if needed.

We offer a free half hour interview for you to discuss your options and advise on costs and time scales.
