A debt under £10,000 will be dealt with in the small claims court and even if you are successful you cannot recover legal costs. We can however give you advice on how to pursue a claim in this court and enforce any judgement you get at a fixed fee.
If you cannot face taking this action yourself, we will offer a fixed fee to do this for you.
On higher value and more complex claims we act for both claimants and defendants and try to resolve issues by settlement or alternative less costly ways than direct litigation.
