Family Law
Amir is a Director of Hindle Campbell Law and a solicitor within our family department. He deals with all aspects of family work from care and adoption proceedings where social services are involved, representing both parents and children, in addition to divorce and financial settlements, pre and post-nuptial agreements, and disputes over child arrangements between separated parents. He is a member of the Law Society Children Panel which recognises his expertise in children cases and regularly receives instructions from CAFCASS to act for children who are subject to more complex court proceedings. He is also a member of Resolution, which requires a commitment to dealing with family cases in a constructive and non-confrontational way, and handles a high number of domestic abuse cases, working closely with local and national organisations.
